Damaged Products

Proof Requirement: If your items arrive damaged during shipping, you must provide valid proof, such as a video taken during the unboxing, within 1 day of delivery.

Refund Process: Upon verification of the damage, a full refund will be issued promptly.

Non-Damaged Returns

Policy Limitation: Returns are generally not accepted for non-damaged products. This policy applies exclusively to items that arrive damaged.

Time Limit

Qualification for Refund: To be eligible for a refund for damaged products, you must provide the necessary proof and initiate the return within 1 day of delivery.

Exceptions

Bottle Items: Returns for bottle items are not accepted. However, if you are dissatisfied, we will review your case individually and may issue a refund upon assessment by our customer representative.
