Order Cancellation: You have the flexibility to cancel your order within 1 hour of placement. A refund will be issued promptly, with a minor deduction of 5% to cover payment gateway fees.

Out of Stock Products: In the rare event that a product becomes unavailable, we will provide a full refund, returning 100% of the purchase amount.

Damaged Product or Incorrect Item Received: If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please provide video proof within 1 day of delivery. Upon verification, we will initiate a refund amounting to 90% of the purchase price. Please note, refunds are not applicable for damaged glass products due to their fragile nature.

Expired Product: If you receive an expired product in error, please notify us with video proof within 1 day of delivery. Following verification, we will issue a refund amounting to 90% of the purchase price.

Product Representation: While we strive for accurate product descriptions and images, slight variations may occur. We do not guarantee exact matches with the received product. Refunds for changes in packaging, description, color variations, or illustrations are not permissible.

Important Notes:

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

The refund amount may take 5-20 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

All refunds are subject to review and approval based on the terms outlined above.
